Planned Power Outage for August 17th

We will be having a planned power outage on 8/17/19 from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm EST. We will be moving our generator and HVAC systems to accommodate our new expansion. During this time all inbound/outbound services provided by IMS will be unavailable.

This includes:

  • Client Center, Direct Link, and the FTP exchange will be down.
  • During the outage window, client-initiated automated file transfers will be unable to complete. We advise our clients to suspend these automated steps during the outage to prevent erroneous alerts, warnings or failures in their automation.
  • Same-day jobs will be impacted and will most likely not go out until the following Monday.

While we hope to bring services back up as early as possible, IMS will send out an update to our clients in the event that the outage lasts longer than expected.
